Within the last three years we have seen monumental shifts to the workplace status quo. Leadership & Teams in Action delivers an effective and efficient experiential learning opportunity to enhance your team's leadership skills and ability to adapt to or anticipate commercial changes.

The course is hosted within a virtual world "meta" campus (no goggles required). This gamified experience delivers engaging multimedia learning content, making for an immersive experience which encodes the knowledge at a deeper level.

The experience was developed by Hon. Prof. Mike Conway (creator of MBA School leadership programs) and has been used by elite teams such as the Socceroos and Australian Tokyo Olympians. It is perfect for executive and second tier groups of managers who need quick solutions and are geographically distributed.
